Information Desk

Please use the Information Desk on the 3rd floor to get store directions, report lost children, make a request to page someone, report lost and found, and rent strollers and wheelchairs.

Mall Attendants

Mall attendants are stationed throughout DiverCity. Please ask attendants if you need help finding your way around,
to report lost and found, or anything else you may need help with. Service is available in English and Chinese.

China UnionPay Card

China Union Pay card can be used at 7-Eleven on 1st floor and ATM located at Seven Bank next to QB House on 2nd floor.

Alipay/Wechatpay Card

Alipay/WeChat Pay can be used at some stores in the shopping mall. Please check details here.

Foreign currency exchange (Travelex)

Foreign exchange is available at Travelex on the ground floor.

Foreign language-speaking store staff

Stores have staff who speak foreign languages. Please ask individual stores for details.

Major credit cards accepted. Please ask individual stores which cards they accept.

Baggage lockers

Baggage lockers are available on the 2nd, 5th and 6th floors.


ATM for Seven Bank are available in 7-Eleven on 1F and next to QB HOUSE on 2F.
Mizuho Bank, Sumitomo Mitsui Bank and Japan Post Bank are located on the 2nd floor.
ATM for Saison card is available on 4th floor.

AED (Automated External Defibrillator)

AEDs (Automated External Defibrillators) are available at the 3rd floor Information Desk, the 4th floor West Atrium, the 5th floor East Atrium and the 6th floor West Atrium.


Smoking rooms are located on the 2nd to 6th floors.

Free shuttle bus (Bay Shuttle)

There is free shuttle bus service for the local Odaiba area. Shuttle buses stop at DiverCity Tokyo Plaza, train/subway stations and other Tokyo Waterfront City facilities.

For visitors with kids

  • Kids' bathrooms
    Bathrooms on the 2nd and 6th floors have child-sized toilets.
  • Baby nursing rooms
    Baby nursing rooms, diaper changing tables, vending machines selling drink packs
    and hot water for formula are available on the 2nd and 6th floors.
  • Diaper changing spaces
    All bathrooms on the 2nd to 6th floors have diaper changing areas.

For visitors with disabilities

  • Multi-functional bathrooms
    Bathrooms on the 2nd to 7th floors have multi-functional bathrooms for people with disabilities, the elderly and pregnant women
  • Multi-functional bathrooms (ostomate)
    Bathrooms on the 2nd to 6th floors have ostomate toilets.

Electric vehicle plug-in stations

There are two plug-in stations in the ground floor parking lot for electric vehicles (EVs).
